Google to Broaden The Reach of AR in Mobile Games at GDC 2018

Google is planning to elaborate it's all new AR Platform, ARCore with some new exciting announcements to help developers integrate the ARCore into their games.

While there are hardly few days left, Google is all set to host this year’s Game Developer Conference (GDC) on March 19, 2018. The Augmented reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to be the prime focus of this year’s conference along with thriving the reach of mobile games.

This event is going to be much beneficial for the entire game developer’s community as Google will also guide them on how they can dilate their user base to the newly developed games.

Apart from that, Google will be elaborating it’s all new AR Platform, ARCore with some new exciting announcements to help developers integrate the ARCore into their games. The basics of Poly API will be covered to succor the game developers in creating their games with enhanced 3D objects and providing a sumptuous immersive experience.

Trust Spectrum will be introduced, a design lens that will enable building a better multiplayer experience along with Firebase that will help developers to flawlessly develop new games with a whole new set of functionalities, and this will also help in the testing of newly created games in the cloud-based environment athwart an extensive line of devices.

Developers will also get to learn about fitly incorporating the Google ads platform without hindering the gaming experience to the user and many other new announcements.

Not only that, Google will also be motivating the women developers from across the world who have contributed to the play store by highlighting the apps and games designed and developed by women, on the play store.
